My Favorite Hobbies In addition to my academic pursuits, I also have a rich creative mind outside of school. I enjoy a variety of hobbies, like penning poems, playing piano, and making slime. My favorite past time is reading and writing poems because it helps me express my feelings in many ways. I began to have interest in writing poems this year. I find inspiration in the events of my own life. For example, my emotional highs and lows inspired a poem I called "Impossible". As much as I like designing poems, I also like generating music. Playing piano has always been a passion of mine ever since I was five years old. My favorite part about playing piano is performing at recitals during Christmas, fall, and at the end of the year. My Favorite Subjects Most kids usually like to go to school for the friends, but i enjoy school because of the new things I learn in my classes. There are many classes in school, but every student will have their own favorite. Every subject is important to me, but I am most interested in art and math. Art has been my absolute favorite subject ever since I was little. Something about art makes me show my personality and creativity all in one drawing. I enjoy painting the most because it is very peaceful to me. Art lets you express your feelings a lot! For example, if I were cheerful today, I would paint a bright and colorful painting. What I Am Thankful For Even though Thanksgiving has passed, I'm still thankful for all the things I have. I feel very lucky because many kids in this world would die to have the the things I do. For example, many of us complain about school, but there are a lot of kids that dream about having a good education like we do. I am so thankful for having such an amazing family that understands me no matter what. They help me out so much and they are people that I look up to. This Christmas my whole entire family will come visit us for the holiday! This is like twenty people! Also, this will be the first time my cousins will come to see my house. I can't wait to spend time together and catch up on what's happening with our lives. My friends are some of the best gifts I've ever received.
